WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As an important member of the 4iiii Corporate team, you will monitor, report and control all financial elements of our growing company. Reporting to the CFO, you will use your strong technical abilities and work experience to be responsible for the management of all accounting functions. Your ability to effectively lead a group will help foster a culture that promotes ethical practices and passion, and encourages individual and team integrity, accountability and responsibility. Your ability to proactively identify, understand and grasp issues, problems, business situations, and prevent issues from occurring will add tremendous value to the company and provide personal satisfaction for a job well done.

More specifically, the Financial Controller will:

• – Prepare and report monthly financial reports
• – Monitor cash management
• – Gather and process information for financial quarter end and year-end
• – Monitor the daily operations of the accounting department, including delegating and supervising accounts receivable/payable and general accounting staff
• – Work closely with the CFO along with the accounting and operations teams
• – Oversee the general ledger, purchasing, AR, AP, payroll, cost accounting and capital assets
• – Support and mentor the accounting staff to allow for continued development of the finance team
• – Assist with the development of and adherence to internal controls
• – Assist with the development and implementation of budgeting and forecasting
• – Manage all aspects of Financial Reporting including consolidations
• – Implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with ASPE
• – Assist with the Go-Live implementation and maintenance of NetSuite
• – Manage the audit process and audit relationship with external auditors
• – Foster a climate of employee ownership in the business
• – Complete ad-hoc and special projects as required by management

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As the ideal candidate for this role, you have:

• – A minimum of five years related experience with a proven, successful accounting record
• – A Bachelor degree with CPA designation
• – Experience managing and mentoring an accounting team
• – Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and ERP implementation (NetSuite preferred)
• – Advanced GOOGLE Suite Experience – Docs, Sheets and Slides
• – Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and financial analysis
• – Experience with implementing a budgeting system is preferred
• – Excellent controllership and technical accounting skills
• – Experience with detailed inventory costing
• – Process improvement experience and skills
• – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to make complex issues and processes clear and understandable to key stakeholders and decision makers
• – Comfortable working with large volumes of data
• – Experience in high technology manufacturing
• – Relentless focus on high-quality results, attention to detail and operational excellence
• – Hands-on, roll up your sleeves and DO IT attitude – willing to focus on execution and meeting challenging targets as required

Channel Development Lead

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As an important member of the 4iiii Sport Sales team, you are the fundamental link between existing and potential consumers and accounts, and our growing company. Your positive, team-oriented and technical aptitude will be used to set and successfully meet sales goals. Your ability to create sales leads, initiate prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with customers, and to provide positive brand experiences to all customers will add tremendous value to the company and provide personal satisfaction for a job well done.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As the ideal candidate for this role, you:

• – Have at least 3 years of sales experience and a successful track record in providing effective sales support, account management, training and driving client value propositions
• – Have demonstrated an ability to engage with prospects and close deals
• – Drive and support the account planning process for each customer including a client needs assessment, related lead and opportunity identification, funnel management, relationship mapping and a sales budget
• – Have a proven sales record in domestic and/or international markets
• – Are willing to travel regularly, up to 50% of the time
• – Have a valid passport
• – Are flexible and have the demonstrated ability to prioritize deliverables
• – Are able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
• – Have exceptional telephone sales, communication and listening skills
• – Are confident speaking in front of groups and conducting presentations
• – Have strong technical skills in a CRM  (e.g. Salesforce or similar) and using the Google Suite
• – Have vision, passion and a motivation to get the job done
• – Have a high degree of tact, diplomacy and professionalism
• – Hold high standards of integrity and work ethic
• – Have extensive product and industry knowledge and experience (and if you run or cycle and use a head unit on your bike then you may be a great fit!)
• – Hold a post-secondary degree
