What’s new with PRECISION 3+?

What is the same between PRECISION 3+ and the previous generation of PRECISION 3?

The PRECISION 3+ Powermeter has all the features of the PRECISION 3, with the addition of Apple Find My technology. You still get highly accurate data within +/- 1%, up to 800 hours of battery life and our industry leading 3-year warranty, now with the peace of mind of Apple Find My.

Which cranks are compatible with PRECISION 3+?

The PRECISION 3+ Powermeter comes as both a Ride Ready and Factory Install option. You can reference the list of Ride Ready cranks that are available here and a list of the cranks that are compatible for a Factory Install here.

Can I upgrade my PRECISION 3 to PRECISION 3+?

If you purchased a left-side PRECISION 3 (non ’+’) Powermeter prior to the Apple Find My release, you can send us your power meter to have Apple Find My installed.

When will PRECISION 3+ be available for dual-sided?

PRECISION 3+ will only be available on the left side PRECISION 3+ Powermeters. PRECISION 3+ PRO dual and right side power meters will be available in the near future. We are currently developing the next generation PRECISION 3+ PRO. Join our mailing list for the latest updates.

How do I activate the Find My feature?

You can activate the Apple Find My feature on the PRECISION 3+ Powermeter by performing a battery in out 3 times to enter into Find My pairing mode then continue through the Apple Find My App. For full instructions please view the full manual.

No more need for a head unit. The 4iiii Ride App for Apple Watch, a new and convenient way to display, track and analyze your rides. You can view live heart rate, power, speed, cadence, and distance directly on your Apple Watch.
The Ride App saves workout metrics to Apple Fitness, allowing you to track your activity, calories, and close activity rings. Auto-sync to Strava, as well as export to any compatible training platform for activity sharing. The Bluetooth connectivity enables seamless integration with all power meters and heart rate monitors from not only 4iiii but most other manufacturers as well.
